Code and access problems
If your code is invalid, expired, disabled, or appears to have been used unexpectedly, contact support@streetchic.store. Include your course name, purchase partner, order reference, and the email used for redemption. Do not include payment card details.
Review of requests
Requests are reviewed against the applicable offer, delivery status, and relevant consumer protections. Redemption alone does not determine every refund outcome. No refund approval, amount, or processing timeframe is guaranteed by this placeholder policy.

This beta displays courses and records redemptions. Payment processing is not provided on this website. Street Chic LLC must approve final refund conditions and customer-service procedures before production use.
