Information we collect
When you submit a Groupon voucher, we collect your first and last name, email address, voucher code, submission time, and our review status and notes. Support requests include your name, email, subject, and message. Administrative sign-in and abuse prevention use essential security data.
How information is used
We use information to verify and record voucher submissions, provide support, maintain security, and administer the academy. Authorized administrators can view voucher and support records. Voucher submissions generate an internal notification email so our team can verify and redeem the voucher manually.
Service providers
The service uses Vercel for hosting, PostgreSQL infrastructure for persistent data, and Resend when transactional email is configured. These providers process information necessary to deliver the service. Course imagery may be loaded through an image delivery provider.
Cookies and security
An essential, secure session cookie supports administrator sign-in. Redemption receipts use short-lived signed links. Rate limiting uses a keyed hash of a network identifier. No advertising trackers are intentionally included in this beta. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no system can promise absolute security.
Retention and requests
Street Chic LLC must finalize retention periods and applicable privacy-rights procedures before production use. Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of your information; identity verification and applicable recordkeeping obligations may affect a request.
Course-specific information
Individual course descriptions and partner offers determine course access periods, eligibility, certificate availability, and refund conditions. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in support messages.
International access and minors
Hosting and service providers may process data in the United States or other locations. This academy is intended for adult professional learning. Final age requirements and international privacy provisions require business and legal review.
